Please have a crossed cheque made payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong Geography and Resource Management Alumni Association" or "香港中文大學地理與資源管理學系校友會", by post to CUGRMAA, c/o Department of Geography and Resource Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T.

According to Clause 11.3 of the Constitution, donations once paid shall not be refundable and cannot be applied for tax exemption at this moment.
