I am currently taking courses offered by the Department of GRM to fulfil the requirements of the proficiency certificates. When should I submit my application?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: Applicants should submit their applications after they have completed the required courses and received the grades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q2. Is application open throughout the year?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: No. There will be two rounds of applications every year. Applicants may submit their online applications within 6 weeks after the release of grades in Term 1 and Term 2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q3. Do I need to upload an official copy of my academic transcript as supporting document?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: No. An official copy is not required but applicants need to submit an unofficial copy of their academic transcript which is downloadable from CUSIS.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q4. How will the certificates be delivered to me?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: Digital certificates will be sent to applicants\u2019 campus email addresses once ready.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q5. May I apply for the proficiency certificates if I have already graduated from CUHK?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: No. Only current CUHK students are eligible for applications.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q6. I have declared GRMD as my minor programme. May I apply for the proficiency certificates with the same courses that I used to satisfy my minor requirements?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: Yes. Applications for the certificates will not affect your declaration of minor programme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q7. May I use the same set of courses to apply for two different proficiency certificates?<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: No. Applicants may apply for more than one proficiency certificate but courses would NOT be double counted.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605EN Q1.
