Summary:
The objectives of the current study are to:

• Establish the development context in terms of sustainable community profile and development vision for the Pat Heung /Kam Sheung Road area.
• Propose strategy and framework for the development, taking into considerations of key issues in development planning, railway transport operation and economic viability, by adopting a performance based design framework.
• Deliver a conceptual design of development at Pat Heung/Kam Sheung Road.
