Summary:
The purpose of this program is to development and strengthen the department's specialization on geoinformatics and spatial decision analysis. It involves the formulation and advancement of strategic initiatives on geoinformation science and decision anlaysis. Through the program, research collaborations with local and international institutions will be developed. Program on advanced study in geoinformatics and decision analysis will also be considered. An international conference on modelling geographical and environmental systems with GIS will be held. It is thus a drive for a comprehensive development in education and research in geoinformatics and spatial decision analysis.
